Life outside school was equally fascinating. During weekends, Benson and Jason explored Hong Kong's cultural landscape, which began with the San Dong Wu Museum. Then, they visited the traditional Hong Kong ‘Cha Lou’ where Benson and Jason experienced the making of the local snack, shou tao bao, before immersing themselves in cultural exploration at the Hong Kong Museum of Art. The journey concluded on the Star Ferry, where Benson “enjoyed the beauty of Victoria Harbour”. Benson has formed many meaningful connections during

his time at the school. “The people I met were

unique individuals, and their companionship and friendship made each day enjoyable and refreshing,” he says. In his final few days, his 5i classmates organised a memorable hot pot dinner. Additionally, he concluded his time with the student union with a fun-filled karaoke session. On the last day, Benson was presented with a memorable video of his two weeks at SPCC during the farewell assembly, ending his stay on a high note. “Going on this Round Square journey is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
