incredibly hard to put into words just how amazing my time there was. Round Square conference

Benson – along with College students Jeffrey Jiang, Raziel Zhao, and Seann Zhao – has also been fortunate to embark on a journey to China for a Round Square conference hosted at Shenzhen (Nanshan) Concord College of Sino-Canada. Themed ‘Utmost Tactical Pioneer: Build Your Utopia’, the conference aims to foster youth leadership and attracts students from a diverse array of countries, including Japan,

South Korea, Australia, South Africa, India, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. Over four days, the boys have immersed themselves in Chinese culture, exploring landmarks such as the Splendid China Village and Nantou Ancient City. They have also undertaken a scavenger hunt, interviews at OH Bay, and a scenic hike through the breathtaking landscapes of Yangmeikang.

Reflecting on his experience, Benson shares that “the activities organised by our hosts facilitated connections and social interactions”. “Each day was filled with joy and excitement, and it was truly a pleasure to meet such diverse and inspiring people from all around the world.”
