The number of previously owned condo homes for sale in Bellevue, at 28, was up 12% month-over- month, and down 58% vs last year. April’s previously owned condo closed sales, at 59, was 3% below last month, and 35% lower than last year. There was 0.5 months of inventory in April, reflect- ing sellers’ market conditions. The previously owned condo median sold price in April was $765,000 down 4% vs March and up 24% vs April 2021. The average sold price was $924,709 with an aver- age PSF sales price of $690 (down 6% and down 7%, respectively, vs March).
