Desirable Criteria

Proven track record of delivering results in a sinking fund or life cycle management role

Experience in multi-site organisations and/or FM background

Understanding of lifecycle and whole life costing

Skills/Ability/ Knowledge

Proficient in CAD Knowledge of asset management principles

Commercial awareness and proven track record of delivery of multiple building/refurbishment projects.

Proven ability to deliver to budget and deadlines.

Building strong working relationships with project stakeholders. Competent/self-sufficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Possess or be working towards a relevant professional accreditation e.g. MRICS or APM.

Academic qualification in

Education/ Qualification

Building Surveying or related discipline at least up to Degree level or equivalent

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Personal Qualities

Client facing skills in order to ensure customer relations are maintained at all times

Ability to lead site teams in procurement of special projects. Ability to pick out key information and reporting it in a timely manner using appropriate means of communication.

Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise accordingly.

Self-confident and resilient.
