Wrapped Stuffed Dates

Ingredients: Boursin cheese, at room temperature 12 oz. Medjool pitted dates 10 thin slices of prosciutto, sliced in half the lengthwise

Directions: Stuff the dates with the Boursin cheese using a teaspoon, pinch them closed Wrap with the prosciutto, secure with a toothpick Serve at room temperature
