Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

1 English cucumber, thinly sliced 1/3 cup Greek yogurt 1 Tbs. of white wine vinegar ½ tsp. dried dill Kosher salt to taste Freshly cracked pepper

Directions:

In a small bowl combine the yogurt, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper Add the cucumbers, mix well and refrigerate for several hours before serving Stir well once more and serve

Note : This recipe can easily be doubled
