Chocolate Chili

Ingredients: 2 pounds of lean ground beef or turkey 1 large onion, chopped 2 28 oz. cans of crushed tomatoes 1 small can of tomato paste 2 to 3 cans of tri color or kidney beans, rinsed ¾ of a 4.4oz. bar of milk chocolate, broken into pieces 2 packets of chili seasoning Vegetable oil
Shredded cheese Oyster crackers Directions:
In a large pot to accommodate all ingredients Cook the onion in 2 Tbs. of oil until translucent Add the ground meat, brown Add the 2 packets of seasoning with the recommended amount of water, simmer down Add the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, stir Add the beans, stir Add the chocolate, stir Simmer on low for 45 minutes, adding water to thin it down Serve with shredded cheese and oyster crackers Note For a buffet, keep warm in a crock pot, add a bit more water if needed, stir Have a goolish time!
