Contributing Writer Menus and Recipes Linda Rottman

Born in Chicago and raised in France, Linda became a foodie at a very young age. Over her adolescent years she cooked along side of her Dad and favorite Uncle. Spending most of her formal career in Financial Services, she focused her culinary skills to entertaining friends and family. There is always a variation in cooking her tried and true recipes, as she changes her ingredients based on what she has on hand. Her Chocolate chili and chicken soup are forever changing and still produce that Umami flavor. Her quote on cooking would be: If you find a recipe that you might like, but are not fond of certain ingredients just substitute them with your favorites. Bon Appetit
