Easy Black Beans with Coconut Lime recipe by Linda Rottman
Ingredients: 2 cans of black beans, rinsed 2 lime, grated and juiced 3 tsp. coconut oil A pinch of Kosher salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup red onion, rough chopped
Directions: While heating the beans, add the grated lime, juice and coconut oil Add Kosher salt and pepper Top with red onion before serving
