White Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients: 1 cup white wine vinegar 1 cup of your favorite white or rose wine 1 heaping tsp. white horseradish 1 ½ tsp. Dijon mustard 1 Tbs. honey 2 tsp. crushed black pepper 1 cup canola oil
Directions: In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients EXCEPT the oil Aerate or blend, then slowly drip in the 1 cup of canola oil
This will make 1 quart, store and refrigerate in a quart jar.
