Corn on the Cob with Herbed Butter recipe by Linda Rottman
Ingredients: 6 or more cobs of corn 2 sticks of butter, room temp 7 cloves of garlic, minced ½ cup fresh chives or basil, chopped ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped 1 lemon, zested only ¼ tsp. Kosher salt ¼ tsp. pepper Directions: Grill the corn, your favorite way In a food processor, quarter each stick of butter Add all the other ingredients, pulse several times until blended On parchment paper, roll butter into a log Wrap tightly in the paper, twist the ends and refrigerate until needed Slice in rounds, serve You can refrigerate or freeze the unused portion for later This butter is also great on steaks or burgers
