Blue Cheese Coleslaw

Ingredients: 2/3 cup of mayonnaise ½ cup of Greek yogurt 4 ½oz. to 5 oz. of good blue cheese, chunked 1 Tbs. of white wine vinegar ¼ tsp. kosher salt ½ tsp. black pepper ½ small red cabbage, quartered and thinly sliced ½ medium green cabbage, quartered and thinly sliced 1 red onion, quartered and thinly sliced Directions: In a glass jar large enough to accommodated the dressing Add the blue cheese, microwave for 30 seconds Add the mayo, yogurt, vinegar, salt and pepper, mix well Mix the cabbage and onion together, add dressing to taste Serve in your favorite bowl
