ASHINGTON, DC — Savills has signed a new lease for 20,116 s/f at 600 13th Street NW, a property owned by Union Investment . Union In- vestment is advised in the US by Metzler Realty Advisors . Savills will relocate its Wash- ington, DC office to the 8th floor of the amenity-rich building across from Metro Center. The move marks a significant step in the firm’s evolution, showcasing a workspace that reflects the latest trends, best practices, and lessons learned from de- cades of advising tenants across W
