cellular coverage and emer- gency responder communica- tion enhancement systems (ERCES). The systems are the first converged network to have ever been approved in the jurisdiction, and they have contributed to the prop- erty’s WiredScore Platinum rating. The 5G Cellular sys- tem, in particular, enables Skanska to offer tenants what it describes as a “fully connected building and reli- able technology that has space to evolve.” “It’s an honor to partner with companies like Hyundai and Skanska, both of whom are leaders in their fields,” said Craig Gillespie , chief executive officer of Airtower. “But what makes this work es- pecially satisfying is that they understand how important connectivity is for occupants, tenants, and employees.” He continues: “The tradi- tional real estate consider- ation of location, location, lo- cation may still be the major deciding factor for buying or leasing, but we at Airtower would argue that connectiv- ity, connectivity, connectivity is close behind.” MAREJ
