and understanding that they have gained. Many will proceed with a better foundation. For the pastor who is lacking in training there are two courses of action. He can take time and prepare as much as possible by reading and listening to tapes or he can take two or three weeks and attend a training center which will equip him properly for this important ministry. Some churches send their staff for this training and absorb the expenses as well. How many couples were mar ried in your church this past year? Why not ask? Why not look at your family education pro gram, your sex education pro gram, and your pre-marital coun seling program? Look, evaluate, and, if necessary, reconstruct for this is part o f the church’s min istry.
