The Exchange The Exchange TRX is Lendlease’s largest integrated development in Asia. It is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and will complement the Government’s vision to transform the broader TRX precinct into a world-class business and financial hub. This landmark, mixed-use development will encompass a new international financial district underpinned by a world-class residential, retail, leisure and cultural offering. The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre retail-led mixed use development that will be delivered by a Joint Venture between Lendlease (60%) and TRX City (40%) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Malaysian Ministry of Finance. The project comprises a luxury hotel, six residential towers and a Lendlease large scale retail destination connected to the TRX Park and dedicated Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) station. The project will be delivered through Lendlease’s integrated business model, which will be leveraged throughout the course of delivery, allowing us to respond to the needs of all stakeholders through the entire property value chain. TRX is supported by excellent infrastructure and connectivity, including KL’s largest MRT station, access to the MEX Highway, SMART Tunnel and other primary arteries of KL such as Jalan Tun Razak. The site is also in close proximity to the future KL/Singapore High Speed Rail terminus, which will be located in Bandar Malaysia. The focal point of the development will be The Exchange, a vibrant shopping, dining, leisure and entertainment destination featuring over 500 of the world’s leading retailers, anchored by a pre- mier department store, flagship fashion outlets, diverse dining offers, red carpet events and entertainment. The Exchange will also integrate with a 10 acre public park offering open green space, children’s play facilities, cultural celebration, immersive garden dining and global events.

Accountabilities: • Supervise and monitor project and program delivery and implementation of project and program plans and processes to ensure the execution of project deliverables within agreed parameters (e.g. budget, time) and to adhere to contractual and organisational requirements. • Support the development of the project and program plans and schedules which may include updating, maintaining and communicating of plans to team members and facilitating feedback to provide input, contribute to continuous improvement and gain team understanding on project parameters (e.g. budget, time), quality and standards for delivery. • Coordinate project and program management activities, administration, cost management and accounting for projects to enforce project plans and ensure successful completion and delivery of projects. • Maintain working relationships with internal and external (contractors, subcontractors, vendors) team members to ensure collaboration and develop and build staff through training and feedback to encourage and develop internal capabilities and to ensure team members are adequately resourced to perform.

Job Requirements • A minimum of 15 years’ experience working on large mixed use developments with a Main Contractor.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil & Structural or Construction Management.

• Problem solving and analytical skills which may include understanding of estimating, scheduling, field supervision, contracts administration, procurement, financial controls and reporting for planning, estimating, contract administration and procurement issues within construction and design activities. • Good interpersonal skills to prepare reports, negotiate and build relationships with key stakeholders. • Competencies should include: Accountability, Big Picture Thinking, Clarity in Communication, Customer Driven, Developing Future Leaders, Focus, Judgement, Team Building, Interpersonal Ability, Planning & Organising, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving, Influencing & Negotiation.

• Should have at least 5 years main contractor experience.

• Knowledge of hotel, office, retail mall, public realm / park or residential condominium projects is highly desirable.

• All candidates must be in Malaysia, Malaysian or have a Malaysian Permanent Residence.
