MSCA and MIGHT had a meeting with Mdm Wendy, CEO of Mobiva Sdn Bhd. Mobiva presented its new application, Mobiva Citizen, a community-based application for evacuation and disaster alerts. This application is designed to help citizens avoid hazardous areas and obtain immediate access to
emergency assistance from first responders. It comprises crime alerts, disaster alerts, medical emergencies, evacuations, and case reporting. Mdm Wendy (Mobiva CEO) would like to collaborate with MSCA to facilitate with local government about prospective business prospects, funding schemes, and how Mobiva may collaborate with other MSCA members.As part of our strategic plan, it will benefial for Mobiva to register the 'Mobiva Citizen' application under the MySTI program. This will enhance their visibility and open doors to potential partnerships and funding opportunities in Malaysia. Also, Mobiva shall connect MSCA with the Health Innovation Exhange for potential collaboration to be part of their upcoming event.
Cultivate Extensive Networking with Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC) 18 June 2024 MGTC HQ, Bangi
Ts Dr Raslan led MIGHT-MSCA on a courtesy visit to Ts. Shamsul Bahar Mohd Nor, Group Chief Executive Officer of MGTC, aimed to share MIGHT & MSCA's involvement and strategic roles in smart and sustainable city development in Malaysia and propose potential collaboration regarding city initiatives for decarbonisation. The key points highlighted during the meeting are the MGTC LCCF program for PBTs, which can be emulated with the MSCA smart city program and initiative at the state and PBT levels. Moving forward, MSCA proposed for MGTC to become an MSCA Strategic Partner and collaborate to implement decarbonisation & smart cities initiatives for local authorities.
