All hotel accommodations will be the responsibility of the registrant. The NADOA room rates will be available from August 30 to September 12 (3 days pre and post Institute). Hotel cancelations must be made within 72 hours of check-in or will be subject to a cancelation fee of 1 night plus taxes. Event Parking: All parking at the hotel is conducted by the Valet. Current valet overnight parking rate is $37.00 plus tax per vehicle per night.
