Method: 1. Pipe tempered dark chocolate into bar moulds using one-shot machine. See photo (1).

2. Leave to crystalise, then demould. See photo (2). 3. All the bars should pass through metal detector. 4. Manualy wrap with gold aluminium foil and pack in box. 5. Coding to be done in gift section and seal with sealing stickers. 6. Arrange in the carton box then send to warehouse.
