Method: 1. Melt & temper milk chocolate. 2. Pipe in mold with One-Shot machine, then leave to crystalise (cool down in chiller) and demold; see photo (2).Pass through Metal detector. 3. Wrap in chocolate wrapper machine, as in photos (3) & (4). 4.Arrange in insert & put into box. 5.Put FG label seal the box & transfer to Warehouse.
