Method: 1. In a pan using a hand spatula, mix the milk chocolate and the caramelised pecans. 2. Spread the mixture onto a frame, then leave to crystalise. 3. Cut with chef cut into (34 mm x 11 mm) rectangles. 4. Make the shell by spreading tempered milk chocolate by hand onto rectangle-shape molds, insert 1 rectangle filling then close with milk chocolate and leave to crystalise. 5. Demold, then wrap in gold foil and insert one rectangle sticker using the chocolate wrapper machine; as shown in photo.
