Method: 1. In a Stephan add: mix crumbled halawa with melted cocoa butter;until smooth mixture. 2. Transfer the Halawa mix to a bowl, then stir in pistachio slivers until well blended. See photo (1). 3. Spread 400g of Halawa and pistachio mix over a (0.5 mm thick) frame; leave to set for 30 mins. See photo (2). 4. Cut with chef cut into (28 mm x 28 mm) squares. 5. Make milk chocolate shells, lay halawa squares in the middle and close with milk chocolate. See photo (3). 6. Leave to crystalise then demould. 7. Wrap in silver foil.
