Dubbed an “adult playground,” the venue will feature its own restaurant and bar, beer garden, food trucks, live music and more. “The city has done a great job with all the different retail districts we have here.” Fate said. “There is something for everybody. The city also does a great job of investing money and other resources to elevate our different districts and to make sure these investments are part of our story.”
