Our two-year training programme gives you the opportunity to develop skills across a range of service areas – rotating through four, six-month seats in different practice groups.

Once you’ve accepted your offer, you’ll be invited to attend events and networking days at the firm before you start. You can apply for a discretionary grant to fund further study or volunteer Over 90% of our trainees go on either a client or an international secondment. You’ll spend time in corporate and dispute resolution and could also choose to experience finance, real estate or a specialist service area like employment, pensions and incentives, competition, regulation and trade, tax or intellectual property. You’ll discuss your seat interests with our HR team before you join, so we can make sure we give you a training contract that’s perfectly tailored to your particular career aspirations.
