Month 1 • Getting Started • Mobilize Task Force

Phase 1 Finding Your Forte

• We recommend each board member appoint a vision keeper to help architect the strategic plan and lead building the vision once its in implementation. • Determine Stakeholder Groups and Populations and Plan Assessment Tool Channels (Interviews, Focus Groups or Surveys) • Conduct Kickoff Month 2 - 3 • Area Studies - Research and Best Practice Discovery - Emerging Trends and Solution Approaches • For each of the 10 strategic priorities from prior strategic plan, we will conduct a research study to assess current state to provide analytics, research, key findings and strategic recommendations. Month 2 - 4 • Conduct Stakeholder Assessments • Interviews (20) - Each Board Member • Focus Groups (10) - Each Strategic Goal • SOAR and Opportunity Discovery Audits • Net Promoter Score (Outreach for High Levels of Response) • “Would you recommend a friend that doesn’t currently live here to move to Troupe County? Why?”
