LEED v5: Building Design and Construction (BD+C)
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is the most-used sustainable building classification system in the world. LEED BD+C (Building Design and Construction) applies to new construction and major renovation projects, addressing whole-building design and performance. Aligned with LEED v5 BD+C (effective April 2025). From 1 July 2026, LEED v5 is the only version available for new BD+C registrations.
