A senior colleague looks at the fine print of recent rulings from the Court of Justice of the EU to establish where exactly this leaves the enforceability of player claims in Austria and elsewhere. Finally, we have a groundbreaking approach to controlling influencer marketing, which sees them recruited to the cause of responsible gaming.
