All proceeds from the Hall of Sponsors sign purchase are applied to the City of Sanibel Recreation Center Financial Assistance Program. The City of Sanibel Financial Assistance Program assists eligible Island parents and Island workers' children with financial assistance so their children can attend the After School Program, Fun Days, Holiday Camp, Summer Day Camp and other City operated youth programs, in a safe, supervised, and friendly environment at the Sanibel Recreation Center. All money raised stays on the Island. All money raised stays on the Island. Applicants are required to complete a detailed application with income tax returns and other pertinent financial information to verify their income. Awards are made on a sliding fee scale without knowledge of the identity of the applicant. The applicant must have ownership in the program by paying the difference between the program fee and the financial award. Your sponsorship not only continues this program but also advertises your business name, address, telephone number, website, and email address, which appear by category on the City of Sanibel's website at www.mysanibel.com.
To purchase a sign please return the completed form on the reverse side to the City of Sanibel Recreation Center with your payment. Signs remain posted one year from the sign purchase date.
