After a successful event in 2018 saw more than 10,000 people take part, residents of Gloucester are invited to see if their school, community group or workplace can walk, run, scoot or cycle the furthest. THE MOON EXHIBITION 8TH JULY – 21ST SEPTEMBER Museum of Gloucester Get a little closer to our nearest neighbour when The Moon Exhibition comes to Gloucester. Exhibits on display include an inflatable 3 metre model, moon maps and newspapers from the day of the landings. RHYTHM AND BLUES FESTIVAL 27TH JULY– 4TH AUGUST Various venues in Gloucester city centre A huge selection of local, national and international blues artists will grace the city’s pubs with the very best in live music, as well as food and drink. AUGUST BREWERY QUARTER SUMMER JAM 2ND – 4TH AUGUST The Brewery, Cheltenham An ultimate three-day celebration of beer, music and food, bringing a diverse festival atmosphere with live music, food and locally brewed beer to Cheltenham.
Some like it hot! After a successful first year the festival is returning to the spa town with an array of tastes, colours and experiences for locals to enjoy. NAF HARTPURY HORSE TRAILS AND SUMMER FAIR 7TH – 11TH AUGUST Hartpury College, Hartpury
The Summer Fair, which takes place on the Saturday of the NAF Five Star International Horse Trials, offers something to suit the whole family with activities ranging from inflatable games to a family dog show.
