Since the Magnificent Seven transformed the city and its landscape, the plans first envisioned by the Gloucester Heritage Urban Regeneration Company has come true. Developers have come to the city and moved in on sites that had previously been ignored and are now suddenly considered rip for development.

The former GKC premises next door had been vacant for seven. Both were becoming eyesores.Albion House was even on a council ‘at risk’ list due to its poor state of repair.
