developments and buildings that could have a positive impact on the city both socially, culturally and in terms of its built environment. Some are wacky, others are likely hugely unaffordable and whimsical, but we dream nonetheless. It was during one of these moments that, whilst staring out of the windows of our offices, we looked across at the King's Quarter site and beyond to King's Square and started to wonder. We rejoiced in the success of the Docks (as discussed elsewhere in this magazine), but also worry for the heart of the city. What’s next? How do we continue this momentum? The new Transport Hub has been a great success. We watch it buzzing with activity, now proudly on display and making a real statement about Gloucester as you

centre and a substantial residential element known as Prime Place, which consists of 70 rooftop apartments and townhouses. Joe said: “Over the years, we have been involved in numerous redevelopment projects in the city centre, from the old Duck Son and Pinker site in Southgate Street through to the GL1 Leisure Centre, and of course our own award-winning offices. “We very much look forward to continuing to be part of the regeneration of our city and helping Gloucester to continue its transformation” l
