2024 Medical Bi-Weekly Payroll Contributions We know that rising health care costs are of concern to our associates, and we want to do as much as we can to help you save money on your medical plan premiums. First, we pay a large portion of your total premium. Second, we reward you if you have not used tobacco in the last 12 months or more by providing a $25 per payroll discount. Third, we reward you for your continued service by providing the following per payroll discounts:
