“The logic was simple— Rossignol Winery would be the only local producer of alcohol. My vision was to operate in the tradition of small wineries in France, Italy, and right next door in Nova Scotia. We would live on the farm and produce a regional product that would taste of PEI.” By 1995, Rossignol produced its inaugural line of fruit wines, which quickly gained attention for their rich flavour profiles and creativity.
