She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from St. Thomas University and a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of New Brunswick. Colleen is a Registered Social Worker with the PEI Association of Social Workers and a Counselling Therapist licensed by the PEI College of Counselling Therapists.
