MEAT GAMBREL HOOK
The Fusion Tech Gambrel Hook is a meat product hook designed with safety and durability in mind. Manufactured from a single piece of T304L stainless steel, this gambrel hook eliminates weldments and possible bacteria harbor points to exceed AMI Sanitary Design requirements. The Gambrel Hook comes with full radius ends to prevent cutting of product, reduces the number of dropped hogs due to cuts and breaks on the hog’s heel, and features smooth contact points to protect employees from injury.
Each gambrel hook is CNC processed to ensure a perfect and bal- anced weight.

WELDED PIN BELLY COMBS
Fusion Tech Welded Pin Belly Combs are innovative and unique solutions for hanging and transporting pork bellies throughout your cooking and processing operations. The single sheet design of these belly combs reduce bacteria harbor- ing points found on typical wire combs, reducing the risk of product contamination during your processing operation. Every aspect of our belly combs was designed to make these combs easy to clean and food safe friendly. Replaceable pins eliminate the need to purchase a new belly comb when a single pin breaks. Simply replace the broken pin for a new one — giving you a lower cost of ownership and longer life out of each belly comb. The tabs out the back provide enough space between stacked combs for cleaning and drying. They are also angled in such a way as to integrate with an automated belly comb conveyor, belly removal system, and belly comb washer.

Initially designed to dry cannabis and ideal for a wide variety of products, these hook trays can be modified to fit your pre-existing carts and racks, or can be included in your cart or rack order from Fusion Tech. Our hook trays are resistance welded, providing superior strength and durability, while making them easy to clean and safe to use in food processing plants.
