• HND/C Building Services, or Degree in Construction related subject or trade qualification plus supervisory experience plus significant contract management experience (E) (AP, I) • Educated to Degree level in a Buildings Services qualification (D) (AP, I) • Chartered Engineer / MCIBSE / MIET or equivalent (E) (AP, I) • NEBOSH (E) (AP, I) • Higher Education estate maintenance (E) (AP, I) Knowledge / skills • In depth Knowledge of the Property & Facilities Management industry. (E) (AP, I) • Knowledge and understanding of engineering operations within Critical Environments. (E) (AP, I) • Sound Statutory and Compliance awareness.
