Gilmour a ensuite eu le dernier mot de la partie, marquant le but victorieux dans la première minute de la période supplémen- taire, donnant ainsi la victoire aux Colts. Les Hawks ont terminé leur saison 2018- 2019 en troisième place de leur division avec 80 points. Les Nats ont fini en deuxième avec 85 points, alors que les Sénateurs Jr d’Ottawa mènent la division avec 89 points.
Les Hawks retournent à Rockland le vendredi 22 mars pour le troisième match et sont de retour au complexe sportif Robert Hartley le samedi 23 mars.
