The package, installed by contractor BG McGrath Plumbing and Heating, included 3 x 420kW Nesta Floor-Standing Boilers from AIC, a Calio 65-120 loop pump and FP ECO+ dt5 Digital twin pump press unit from KSB and a Reflex Freestanding Expansion Vessel from Altecnic. are specifically designed for commercial and industrial applications. Based on the tried and tested ‘fire-tube’ design heat exchanger, the range of floor- standing condensing boilers are now up to 840kW outputs. The stainless steel heat exchanger provides maximum heat extraction with minimum size. Its corrosion-resistant surface ensures uninterrupted condensing efficiency, low maintenance costs and product longevity. For added assurance, the boiler comes with a five-year warranty, and a ten-year warranty for the heat exchanger, both subject to terms and conditions. The Calio 65-120 loop pump is a highly efficient, maintenance-free wet rotor pump (glandless). The KSB FP ECO+ dt5 Digital is a pressurisation unit fitted

with an electronic control module that offers pump auto change-over, remote on-off, two assignable volt- free contacts and leak detection function. The Reflex Expansion Vessel is nitrogen-filled, which will improve the vessel’s lifespan by reducing corrosion inside the vessel and prevents loss of pre-charge pressure. The new ward provides a second Nightingale facility in Northern Ireland. This step- “We are delighted to be involved in such an important installation, which, as always, is backed up with our after-sales service.”
