Transfer the CPD into the syringe.
Connect a 60mL syringe and the CPD syringe to the needle-free ports.

Turn the stopcock handle to open the path to the bag, crack the break valve, and transfer the blood into the collection bag.
Turn the stopcocks to open the path between the needle and the syringe, prime the line, then collect the blood donation.
