Remove hub collar by unscrewing it from the top portion of the Y-adapter.
Pull tubing off Y-adapter.

TAPERED OPEN END WITH SIDE HOLES AND RADIOPAQUE STRIPE
Trim tubing to desired length. Place hub collar back on tubing. Push tubing back on to Y-adapter, over the barb.

Push hub collar up toward the Y-adapter.
Tighten hub collar by screwing to the top portion of the Y-adapter.
