Large Animal Silicone Endotracheal Tubes with Distal End Sample Port

The MILA Cuffed Silicone Endotracheal Tubes are used to deliver assisted ventilation and anesthetic gases. The inflated balloon cuff prevents gas loss during assisted ventilation. The sampling port provides access below the cuff for more accurate measurement of inhaled and exhaled gas concentrations when connected to a gas analyzer. See photo below. • Medical grade, transparent silicone • Funnel hub designed to fit almost all large animal breathing systems. • Murphy eye with hole and beveled radiopaque tip • Reinforced seal around sampling and pilot lines for increased durability • Three sampling points below the cuff • Tethered cap included on sampling port to keep clean and free of debris when not in use. • Non-sterile • Reusable (Ethylene Oxide sterilization recommended but can be autoclaved).
