The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 29% in August as Burnaby East’s condo market favoured seller’s. The condo benchmark price in August was $700,700, 3% below last month and 10% lower year-over-year. The average sold price for condos decreased 2% month-over-month (to $510,826) while the average PSF sales price fell 3% (to $682).
