The sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Burnaby North increased to 26%, remaining a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in August was $601,700, 1.3% below July and 8% lower than in August 2018. The average sold price was $600,550, up 6% from last month; the average PSF sales price was $715, up 2% from last month.
