There were 132 townhome listings in Coquitlam in August 2019, 14% below July but 21% above August 2018. The 34 townhome sales in August were down by 15 vs July 2019 and 1 below August 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 26% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in August was $651,800, virtually unchanged from July and 6% lower vs August 2018. The average sold price was $761,053, with an aver- age PSF sales price of $464 (up 1.8% but down 0.6%, respectively, vs July).
