The 350 detached listings in North Vancouver in August 2019 were 14% lower vs July and 23% below August 2018. The 64 detached sales in August were down by 16% compared to the previous month but were 100% above August of last year. The sales-to-listings ratio slightly decreased to 18%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment remained in a balanced market. The detached benchmark price in August was $1.48M—0.9% below July and 9% below last year. The average sold price was $1.66M in August, 2% higher month-over-month but down 8% year-over-year.
