At 107, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver was down 20% vs last month, however this was 3% above August 2018. The 29 townhome sales in August were up by 1 from July and 4 above August 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 27%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market remained a seller’s market. August’s benchmark price was $960,200, 1.7% above July but down 7% from August of last year. The average sold price was $961,612 (4% below July) while the average PSF sales price was $592 (3% lower vs July).
