The number of condo listings in North Vancouver dipped to 340 in August, 18% lower month-over- month but 36% above August 2018. Condo sales decreased to 88, 8% lower month-over- month but up 22% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 26%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $555,800, was virtually unchanged vs last month and 7% lower year-over-year. The average sold price of $659,818 was down 0.9% vs July, while at $743 the average PSF sales price decreased by 0.8% month-over-month.
