Condo listings in Vancouver West increased to 1,345 in August 2019, 15% below July but 9% higher than in August 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were up by 14% in August (to 314), with month-over-month sales decreasing by 11%. Rising to 23%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in seller’s market territory. August’s condo benchmark price of $756,000 was 0.5% higher month-over-month but 8% below August 2018. The average sold price was $863,958 at an average PSF sales price of $1,004 (down 1.5% but up 0.1%, respectively, month-over-month).
