Northwestern University President Michael Schill and Libraries Dean Xuemao Wang attended the ceremony. Ms. Charla Wilson, Northwestern’s Archivist for the Black Experience, accepted our book on behalf of the university. “I want to express my gratitude to Will Evans, Northwestern alumnus and member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity, for his generous donation of a copy of The Story of Kappa Alpha Psi , 6th Edition to Northwestern’s University Archives. The meticulously documented history by Kevin Scott and Aaron Williams enriches our understanding of the fraternity both locally and nationally. As an archivist, I am certain that this publication will

be a valuable resource for researchers seeking to better understand student life at Northwestern.” The 6th Edition is Northwestern’s first edition of The Story of Kappa Alpha Psi in its library collection. MOREHOUSE COLLEGE Co-author and Morehouse College alumnus Aaron Williams donated a copy of The Story to his alma mater. During the 2023 Morehouse Home- coming Weekend, Williams arranged a meeting at the Martin Luther King, Jr. International Chapel on campus. Williams and other Morehouse alumni and Kappa brothers met in King Chapel in the offices of Dean Lawrence E. Carter, founder, longtime

Dean of King Chapel, and the college’s archivist. For Dean Carter’s benefit, Williams briefly explained the history of the tome, its importance to Kappa Alpha Psi, and the background of the effort to compile the latest edition. Williams also emphasized that Morehouse College and Pi Chapter is featured prominently in The Story . “I am happy to receive the book and glad the effort was made to provide the book to Morehouse College,” said Dean Carter. CLARK-ATLANTA UNIVERSITY In early December 2023, the Clark-At- lanta University (CAU) Chapter, the Gamma Kappa of Kappa Alpha Psi, donated the book to the Special
