What happens after 1 year? The annual charge recur unless canceled by the subscriber. If canceled, subscriber will lose access to the digital downloads library. Can a subscription be purchased using a PO? Absolutely! Your organization's purchasing representative can send the purchase order to support@bjoremspeech.com for processing. Please be sure to include the user's name and email address on the PO so that we can grant you access without delay! Once received, approved and processed, you will receive an email with access information. Is there a group rate or discount if I purchase for my team? Contact us with your group details we will send you a quote! What is your refund policy? Due to the digital nature of this subscription/membership, refunds are not available.
